Head of Product Engineering

A fast-growing technology company is looking for a Head of Product Engineering to lead the architecture and engineering teams delivering a pioneering product. What You'll Be Doing:

• Oversee the technical architecture, development, and deployment of a key product, ensuring reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
• Establish and promote best practices in software development, DevOps, and quality assurance.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team, fostering innovation and professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales, and Customer Support to align development with business and customer needs.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong background in software engineering with expertise in at least one modern programming language
• Skills or knowledge in Embedded systems, Real Time software, and distributed architectures.
• Experience designing and delivering large-scale, high-performance systems with a focus on systems integration.
• Proven leadership in agile software development, with the ability to manage and inspire a cross-functional team.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into clear, actionable strategies.
• Experience leading a product engineering team in a commercial software environment.
