Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar role with a developer or main contractor
• HETAC Level 8 qualification in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Strong setting-out skills using modern surveying equipment (eg, GPS, Total Stations)
• Knowledge of Irish building regulations and construction standards
• Proven experience coordinating with subcontractors and third-party stakeholders, including Irish Water, ESB, and local authorities
