Service Manager - Service Reporting Analyst

Responsibilities will include: -

* Gather data from various sources, analyse it, and compile it into comprehensive reports.

* Develop data visualisation tools to help stakeholders understand complex data.

* Identify and analyse trends or patterns in complex data sets.

* Work with all towers to understand their reporting needs and fulfil them.

Key Requirements: -

* ITIL V4 Foundation certification required, further ITIL certifications are desired.

* Proficiency in analysing large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

* Attention to detail in data handling and reporting.

* Understanding of business operations and the ability to align data analysis with business goals.

* Understanding of Service Management Framework.
