You will be part of the IT Service Support team and will be reporting into the IT Service Support Manager. You will be required to visit various sites across Yorkshire offering a wide-ranging technical support service. Your new role In your new role, you will be responsible for maintaining the availability and functionality of the end-user environment, whilst taking ownership of complex technical tasks, supporting infrastructure improvement projects, and optimising the investment in IT systems.
