Oversee and manage a global QA team with diverse backgrounds supporting QA development, which may include one or more third-party organizations. Ensure that management and allocation of QA resources based on project needs is performed. Develop, implement, or enhance and institutionalize QA processes, including metrics/measurements, reporting, and continuous improvement, that balance risk and delivery timelines. May be required to facilitate onboarding and off boarding of in-sourced and/or outsourced testing resources. May be required to step in as a product manager for products that do not have an assigned Product Manager.
