After a strong 2023, this insurance organisation is expanding their technical services teams across their multi-platform environment. Working across Microsoft SQL, Oracle DB and Azure Synapse, you will direct this support team, achieving greater operational efficiency across a large estate. The successful candidate will have worked across on-prem Microsoft and Oracle environments, along with exposure to cloud-based services. You'll be a strong communicator and mentor and be comfortable as a technical point of escalation within the database team.
