We are currently looking on behalf of one of our important clients for a German Speaking IAM Cloud Engineer (Medical Device Sector). The role is a permanent position based in Bern Canton with good home office allowance. Your Role: Administrate & further develop a hybrid Microsoft Entra ID & ADDS (Active Directory Domain Services) environment. Manage user accounts, groups, roles & policies in both systems whilst considering interfaces to peripheral systems. Automate identity processes. Setup, optimize & manage MFA, Conditional Access, Defender for Identity & Identity Protection. Integrate third-party applications via single sign-on & federation. Analyze & remediate of security-related identity & IAM incidents. Create & maintain technical documentation, training materials & operating manuals. Closely cooperate with colleague from security & infrastructure. Your Skills: At least 3 years of professional experience Administrating Hybrid Entra ID (Azure AD) & Active Directory environments. A sound knowledge in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Ideally experienced in technically leading experienced colleagues. Your Profile: Completed Higher Education/University Degree in Computer Science, ideally with focus on Systems Engineering or IT Security (or similar). Ideally Microsoft Certified, for example as an Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect. Fluent in English & good German language skills (to B2 level or higher).
