The CRM Analyst is a key member of the global CRM team. Your role is to ensure the data stored in CRM is managed in an effective, legal and consistent manner. You will proactively ensure that the data is up-to-date and relevant so that sales and marketing campaigns are accurate and well targeted. You will also be responsible for creating reports and analyses to support & verify the success of global CRM projects.
