Key Responsibilities As the Applications Manager, you will: Manage and support the Microsoft technology stack, including SharePoint, Copilot, and other SaaS applications such as Adobe and SendGrid Lead migration from Legacy systems like ShareFile to modern platforms such as SharePoint Act as the primary internal contact for application-related queries, resolving issues efficiently Engage with heads of department to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions Develop and deliver training sessions, knowledge shares, and end-user support to improve productivity and satisfaction Collaborate with security and IT teams to ensure applications comply with security and risk management standards Oversee supplier management and system integration, building strong vendor relationships Evaluate and introduce emerging Microsoft technologies to drive innovation and data-informed decision-making Maintain application services to ensure reliability and high performance About You We are seeking a proactive, approachable individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for enabling teams through technology. We welcome applications from individuals with relevant technical skills and experience in application management or IT service delivery. You may have a background in IT support, application management, or cloud services.
