About the Role: As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will: Consult with clients on IT service management, digitalization, and process optimization. Create and develop concepts and specifications for ServiceNow solutions. Configure and implement complex process applications within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate in the successful implementation of ServiceNow solutions. Provide technical project management and support. Assist in the installation of software solutions and product launches. Qualifications: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow configuration and development. Experience with at least 2 ServiceNow modules (eg, ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC). Relevant ServiceNow certifications (eg, Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist). Fluency in German and English. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Independent and proactive work style. A strong desire to achieve above-average results.
