ServiceNow Solutions Architect/Consultant - Join a Leading Digital Transformation Consultancy Our client, a dynamic and growing consultancy, is looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Architect/Consultant to join their expanding team. As a specialist in ServiceNow, you will play a key role in designing and delivering robust ServiceNow solutions across a range of sectors, supporting clients through their digital transformation journeys. Key Responsibilities: Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions tailored to client requirements. Engage with stakeholders to gather technical and business requirements and translate them into effective ServiceNow workflows and modules. Deliver strategic consulting services, identifying opportunities to optimize business processes through ServiceNow. Ensure solution designs are aligned with best practices and scalable enterprise architecture standards. Work across various ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and more. Provide leadership during pre-sales and client solution workshops. Guide development teams with technical oversight, ensuring high-quality delivery and integration. Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect or Senior Consultant in a client-facing role. Strong expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules, especially: ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management) HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) CSM (Customer Service Management) Service Portal, Flow Designer, Integration Hub Experience with designing and implementing integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers. Strong understanding of CMDB, service mapping, and data modelling. Ability to manage client relationships and deliver workshops/presentations. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
