We are seeking a Senior RAMS Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and maintainability of advanced electro-mechanical systems used in safety-critical applications. What You'll Do: Lead and approve qualitative and quantitative RAMS assessments during the design phases of complex aerospace and electro-mechanical systems. Perform FMECA, hazard assessments, reliability block diagrams, fault tree analysis, and other safety engineering tasks. Provide system safety expertise across integrated product teams (IPTs), influencing design for optimal reliability and safety. Plan workloads and mentor a small team of RAMS Engineers. Support proposals, bids, and customer requirement analysis while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards. Continuously improve internal RAMS processes and support FRACAS (Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System) activities. What We're Looking For: Extensive experience in RAMS engineering within complex electro-mechanical or aerospace systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to meet customer RAMS requirements. Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline (2:1 or equivalent). Chartered Engineer (CEng) status and/or relevant professional membership is desirable. Knowledge of MIL-STD, Def-STD, ARP4761, ARP4754, DO178B, and DO254 standards is highly beneficial.
