Job Title: Oracle Program Manager About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and driven Oracle Program Manager to join our team. This remote position offers an opportunity to lead and oversee Oracle-based projects, ensuring their successful implementation across diverse business functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, deep Oracle expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities: Program Management: Lead Oracle program initiatives, including upgrades, implementations, migrations, and integrations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Strategic Planning: Develop program roadmaps and define project milestones, aligning with business goals and priorities. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives. Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and testers, to ensure efficient execution of program deliverables. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. Performance Monitoring: Track and report program progress using KPIs, providing regular updates to senior management and other stakeholders. Technical Oversight: Provide guidance on Oracle best practices and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and systems to enhance program effectiveness. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: 7+ years of experience in project or program management roles. Proven experience managing Oracle-based projects, including Oracle ERP, HCM, or Cloud implementations. Experience in agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. Skills: Strong knowledge of Oracle solutions and technologies. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (eg, MS Project, JIRA, or similar). Familiarity with ITIL frameworks is a plus. Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certifications are highly desirable. Oracle certifications (eg, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle E-business Suite) are an advantage.
