Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: 2:1 or higher degree in an appropriate engineering/science-based discipline. Technical Skills: Strong understanding and experience in Requirements Management . Proficiency in requirements generation, creation, and DESIGN . Experience with IBM DOORS or PTC Integrity . Characteristics & Skills: Understanding of Systems Engineering principles. Methodical problem-solver. Committed to the highest standards. A passion for innovation, experimentation, and design. Experience (Ideal, not mandatory): Electromechanical background. Experience in aerospace, automotive, rail, marine, or medical devices industries. Security Clearance: Ability to obtain BPSS only (no SC needed).
