Tasks & Responsibilities Implement complex functionalities to meet business requirements Understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions Integrate ServiceNow platform with other systems Participate in the design discussions and architectural decisions Maintain and support the existing processes Manage the development life cycle and deployments between ServiceNow instances Participate in ServiceNow major upgrades Produce technical documentation Must haves: Around 7+ years' experience as IT developer off which 3 years' experience with ServiceNow - including mandatory experience with Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD). Solid understanding of the full HRSD software development life cycle including business requirements analysis, design, testing and deployment.(*) Experience setting up Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD) from scratch, including overall architecture and integrations, and advising on best practices and what works/does not work for given requirements. (*) Proficiency in ServiceNow front- and Back End capabilities, including web technologies such as HTML and CSS as well as JavaScript - in depth knowledge of Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI policies, Validation Scripts and Background Scripts in ServiceNow. (*) Strong developmentskills to implement integrations between ServiceNow and other internal systems using tools, technologies, and protocols such as MID Server, REST, ODBC, LDAP, SOAP, etc. (*) Soft skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent team player and ability to collaborate with team members and business counterparts Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues effectively. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with HR stakeholders, understand their requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.
