Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Consultant (HR Modules) Start Date: ASAP Contract Length : 6 months + Extension Location : Zurich, Switzerland Working Model: 2 days onsite Rate: 125 CHF Per Hour Language: German Speaking About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Consultant with deep expertise in HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. You will play a pivotal role in leading the design, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow HR solutions, ensuring that our clients achieve operational efficiency and an enhanced employee experience. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients to understand their HR processes and configure ServiceNow HR solutions that streamline and automate their workflows. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Performance Analytics. Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements, assess business needs, and translate them into technical solutions within ServiceNow. Customize and configure workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards to optimize HR processes and enhance employee engagement. Provide strategic guidance on HR best practices, recommending ServiceNow features and functionalities that improve HR operations. Perform system integrations between ServiceNow HR modules and other HR systems, such as payroll and talent management platforms. Conduct system testing, user training, and post-implementation support to ensure seamless adoption of the new solutions. Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on the ServiceNow roadmap, HR service automation strategies, and future HR technology trends. Mentor and train junior consultants and client HR teams on ServiceNow HRSD functionalities. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, such as GDPR, while managing sensitive HR data within the platform. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience in implementing and configuring ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules. Deep knowledge of HR processes, including employee life cycle management, case management, and HR self-service portals. Strong experience in customizing HR workflows, automating HR processes, and integrating ServiceNow with other HR systems. Proficiency in ServiceNow platform architecture and HRSD module capabilities. Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and design scalable solutions that meet client needs. Experience with ServiceNow HR Reporting and Performance Analytics to provide insights into HR operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with HR leaders and technical teams. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD) is highly preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with HR compliance requirements and data privacy laws (eg, GDPR). Experience in integrating ServiceNow HRSD with external systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM. Knowledge of ServiceNow Employee Document Management and Onboarding & Transitions modules. Scripting knowledge in JavaScript or PowerShell to automate custom HR workflows.
