JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Implement build, test and deploy Automation Software solutions Identify and communicate the technical implementation requirements Ensure the development of automation solutions is done in accordance with coding standards and frameworks Apply SCRUM framework and Agile methodology in automation project delivery Ensure documentation is created and maintained by the development team Anticipate, identify and communicate project risks and issues to Project Manager and Clients Participate, contribute & facilitate knowledge sharing meeting/initiatives Mentor Junior developers and create and deliver trainings & perform Quality Assurance process Document & maintain best practices and development techniques Drive client meetings during the project QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE 3+ years of development experience with RPA platforms Blue Prism, and object-oriented programming language Ability to create new automations & make amendments to existing automations Technical skills and experience necessary for independent realization of tasks in any phase of developing automation solutions Business processes understanding with ability to conceptualize it as an automated solution Experience of working in a Azure environment. Experience with Microsoft Power Automate beneficial. Experience with Gov.Notify beneficial. Knowledge of relational databases Knowledge of network communication standards (eg. JMS, HTTP, SOAP, XML, XSD) Experience in using tools such as GIT/JIRA/ServiceNow & working in SCRUM/Agile framework Experience of working with SQL, JS, React or Angular desirable. Experience of working in a Azure environment. Experience with Microsoft Power Automate desirable. Experience with Gov.Notify desirable. Good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience Very good English language skills in speaking and writing
