In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization and develop new initiatives to support our residents. We invite you to join our team! Job Responsibilities: Develop, monitor, and implement habilitation goals for assigned residents Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and functions as an active team member Provide in-service training to Unit Managers and Direct Care staff Collect relevant data; prepare and maintain required records and documentation Coordinate in-building programs with out-of-building programs to ensure consistency Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree in related field 3 years experience with individuals with developmental disabilities Excellent communication skills, both oral and written Excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work well within a team environment Must have or be eligible for Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional designation CPR and First aid certification required Must have current Ohio drivers license and auto insurance Benefits: Excellent health, dental, and vision insurance Excellent Retirement plan with 50% contribution match Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Heinzerling Community is an Equal Opportunity employer.
