Your responsibilities will include: Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets Conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments Managing contract negotiations and procurement processes Monitoring project costs and progress Providing expert advice on contractual matters and commercial issues Collaborating with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery What they are looking for: A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related qualification 5+ years' experience as a Quantity Surveyor Strong knowledge of construction contracts, costs, and procedures. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and negotiation abilities *Experience in the Irish/UK market is essential, applications without this experience will not be considered*
