We are looking for a motivated Chiropractor to join our wellness-based cash-only clinic full-time in Pueblo, CO. Ideally, the incoming chiropractor is a dynamic and dedicated professional with a strong interest in leadership and the potential for future partnership! Must be proficient in adjusting, communication, education, and comfortable adjusting to all types of patients. A big part of our patient care is education about wellness and maintenance care. Flexible Schedule and Compensation up to $140,000. This is a commission-based position. Commission and benefit terms are competitive. We value the ability to network and retain patients, and take pride in respecting your individual practice style. A higher commission will be awarded to you if you can bring in your own patients. We have a dedicated team of Acupuncturists, Massage Therapists, Myofascial Therapists and support staff who collaborate with each other and the patients to provide the best, most comprehensive care that our patients need and deserve! Duties: Patient exams/evaluations (medical history, physical exam, review pertinent reports/imaging) Diagnosis and treatment care plan formulation based on chief concern, contributing factors, severity of condition and patient goals Patient education as to the diagnosis/ ROF s, treatment care plan options, lifestyle modifications, and therapeutic exercises Chiropractic care- adjusting (manual -spine and extremities) Follow up care and progress checks- make treatment recommendations based on clinical progress Documentation/charting/reports Follow up on patient phone calls and emails Work collaboratively with the other Doctors, therapy techs and office staff for optimal patient care Requirements: Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC) Chiropractic license in CO or applied for it Manual adjuster of Spine and extremities Great at patient education about wellness care Can adjust 40-60 patients a day Kinesiology experience is a plus PRACTICE STYLE Family, Other Practice Style, Rehabilitation, Wellness TECHNIQUE Diversified BONUS / INCENTIVES / PERCENTAGE SHARE 50%
