Description The NPI Coordinator collaborates with different vertical partners, Product Groups, Engineering teams and downstream business partners to ensure Aftermarket parts readiness (part of Product Support guarantee) for a successful new product launch. It involves managing all activities regarding new product introduction and inventory planning during the new release period (Up to 24 months of part introduction): Collaborates with internal teams for parts stocking by GW6 - NPI Programs, and establishes parts support strategy. Determines with Product Groups worldwide distribution plans, serviceability and initial stocking requirements at worldwide locations. Responsible for parts availability post GW6, and inventory planning based on New Market Introductions (NMIs) and Increasing Populations (IPs), including collaboration with procurement to ensure suppliers in place and with supply chain to expedite parts deliveries The responsibilities involve: Leading projects/initiatives to implement process improvements Skills inventory management Microsoft office alteryx reporting XFN Project management Product management Purchasing Products and Services : Knowledge of major products and services and product and service groups; ability to apply knowledge of product and service appropriately to diverse situations.
