Service Desk Analyst/Identity Access Management (IAM) Analyst required by a very established financial institution, with a long-standing reputation for excellence and a focus on culture and staff wellbeing. This IAM Analyst role will see you working the IT Access Management function, covering, the administration of the set-up, maintenance and removal of user or account permissions to systems and data, including 3rd parties where this may be applicable. You will be responsible for providing System Access, conducting regular security reviews aligned to audit and CISSP best practice, and ensure that any new starters or Leavers are processed in a timely manner. As well as at least 2 years of experience working in an Identity and Access Management role using Microsoft Active Directory/Azure Entra, you will ideally have experience of: Working on a Service Desk or Help Desk, providing end-user support on Desktop technologies improving operational efficiency, service delivery and information management across all lines of business and technology Confident in the use of Excel and formulas to analyse and present data.
