The role is a permanent position based in Solothurn Canton & comes with good home office allowance. Your Role: Hold responsibility for the SAP SuccessFactors on the part of IT, including project implementation, change requests & 3rd level support. Hold responsibility for data flows, interfaces & integration into an SAP ERP HCM system. Design & implement technical integration solutions between SAP SuccessFactors & connected systems (eg SAP ERP HCM, IAM systems & Certificate & Document Management Solutions). Ensure & improve stability & data consistency across all systems. Ensure application release management & the support of release changes (review & prepare release notes & system configuration). Closely cooperate with HR departments, external service providers & internal IT teams to optimize & further develop the application landscape. Your Skills: At least 5 years of professional Application Engineering experience in SAP SuccessFactors environments. Skilled in dealing with Connected Peripheral Systems (SAP HCM, interface to IAM, Tools for Certificates, Document Management Solutions etc ). Strong experience in Customization & Holistically Optimizing Processes. Your Profile: Completed University Degree with specialization in Computer Science or similar. Dynamic, enthusiastic & versatile Fluent in English (spoken & written) & a very good command of German (to at least B2 level) are mandatory requirements.
