A global medical device company are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their Engineering team on a contract basis. You'll be joining the Process Development team to help lead a high-profile product transfer for a highly regulated medical device. You'll help lead re-development activities. For this role you will also need welding experience with medical device products, any type eg resistance. You'll be part of a multi-disciplinary team and will need to be able to collaborate with other engineers to ensure project deliverables are met. Essential skills: Mechanical background Medical devices experience Welding experience (not industrial) Product re-development experience Communication skills The start date is for ASAP. The initial contract length is for 12 months, with multiple options to extension after the initial period. The role is based in County Tipperary and will require 4-5 days onsite per week.
