What You'll Bring (Essential Skills & Experience): Must hold or be eligible and willing to undergo UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance. Proven experience in a 3rd Line IT Infrastructure Support role. Demonstrable Team Lead or supervisory experience within an IT support environment. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with: Virtualisation (specifically VMware vSphere) Storage Area Networks (specifically NetApp) Microsoft Windows Server (ideally 2019) Networking (Cisco and/or Juniper Switches/principles) Security Tools (specifically McAfee suite) Solid understanding of ITIL processes. Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills. Ability to create clear technical documentation and processes. Customer-focused mindset. Desirable Skills: Experience with Splunk. Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 environments. Knowledge of Active Directory and SharePoint.
