Job description: Must have proven sales experience in IT Services and Back Office Business/Knowledge process outsourcing Services to be provided offshore in India Must have demonstrated achievement of successful selling of offshore services projects Must have excellent communication and presentation skills Must be able to identify and network with prospective clients to achieve new business Must be able to build multiple revenue streams by analysing market needs & proposing innovative solutions Must be able to participate in bids and tenders for offshore services in India floated by prospective clients, carry out bid evaluations and provide techno-commercial pre sales support. Must report weekly progress and developments to the Regional Operations Director - United Kingdom Should be a go-getter, team player, possess interpersonal skills and achieve targets Experience/Education: At least 5 years of demonstrable and successful Sales and Marketing experience in UK University Graduation Degree on a relevant skill (eg.
