You will also lead a team of internal specialists and supervisors, as well as supervise and monitor a diverse group of external suppliers to deliver on those Operations and Maintenance strategies. The O&M Manager will ensure that they can deliver and implement on the necessary Safety Health Environment & Wellbeing (SHEW), Safe Systems of Work, Operational requirements, and Regulatory for each of the assets within the S&B Sector. This role will support the delivery of O&M services and the transition from a sub contracted to insourced service delivery where prudent to do so.
