You will be responsible for the road map of the data governance space in the company. You will assess existing and upcoming regulation, collaborate with risk and compliance in the company, and set out the road map to comply and satisfy future reporting. You will work with the business and technology to oversee the delivery of the road map. You will be partnered with a solutions architect and two engineers to help you deliver this and report into the head of data. The department is also moving from a cloud based data lake to a data mesh architecture. Any experience of this migration would be beneficial but is not essential. Likewise, the team are working with Soladata. Knowledge of this or comparable tools would be beneficial but not essential. Finally, you will have experience with DORA regulation and compliance. Essential Skills & Experience: Degree in energy management or equivalent environmental or engineering qualification in a building services related discipline. Proven experience of utilities contracts and energy management within a building services environment, including specialist large-scale mechanical and electrical systems and how these impact on energy consumption. Experience of Building Energy Management System (BEMS) including technical understanding of energy monitoring, sub- metering, system controls and graphics development.
