Sales Operations Specialist Hybrid - 2 days a week on site in Telford 6 months Umbrella Role Description As a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll play a vital role in supporting and enhancing our operations. Here's a snapshot of what you'll be focusing on: Alignment and Decision Support: Work closely with Portfolio Relationship Managers to support the opportunity life cycle, providing valuable insights and influencing decision-making. Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong partnerships with all stakeholders and their teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. Audit Readiness and Compliance: Ensure all processes are audit-ready and compliant, maintaining high standards of operational integrity. Knowledge Sharing and Standardization: Collaborate with all areas of the unit to share knowledge, best practices, and facilitate standardization across the CAM and client Market Unit. What You'll Do Pipeline Maintenance and Governance: Oversee the client MU pipeline within THOR (Salesforce CRM), ensuring its accuracy and integrity. Sales Analysis and Insights: Analyse the sales pipeline and performance, providing insights and operational recommendations to senior stakeholders. Business Partnering: Build and maintain strong relationships with key business partners. Continuous Improvement: Support the Sales Operations Lead in leveraging Salesforce tools and continuously improve your skill set to add value to the team and CAM as a whole. What You'll Bring Interpersonal and Relationship Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Analytical Mindset: Experience in providing key MI information to support business operations. Communication Skills: Confident communicator with attention to detail, a self-starter, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, complex environment.
