We have a brand-new and exciting opening for a Microsoft Platform Developer who will be responsible for the development of our project toolset and any associated client reporting. This new role will provide great progression opportunities for the successful applicant, who will be able to grow and develop the position by keeping up to date with any new applications, and add value by providing guidance and advice to where these can be added to our existing tool set to enhance the client experience. This is a permanent role, full time, 5 days per week, worked largely remotely, however, attendance to the Stoneseed Head office in Nottingham maybe required on an ad hoc basis, and therefore this role will suit somebody who lives within commutable distance of the M1 corridor. This role provides a very competitive salary which includes a profit share bonus and attractive benefits package. The Role Utilising tools available through the Microsoft Platform, you will work with our Head of Projects to provide apps and reporting that enable us to give better visibility of project delivery to our clients. It is likely that development will include both app development from within the Microsoft PowerApps toolset as well as the development and integration of PowerBI reports with other data sources. About you This role will suit somebody who is at the beginning of their developer journey, with a minimum of 6 months to 1 years' experience in a previous developer or similar position. This role provides an excellent opportunity for the successful applicant to grow and develop the position by adding your own style and input. Candidates should be passionate and proactive, with a natural desire to learn new technologies and skills, and a good understanding of Microsoft Power Apps, PowerBI and SharePoint. You will be a self-starter with strong problem-solving skills, good attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills. You must be eligible to drive in the UK, have access to a vehicle and already hold the right to work in the UK, as we are unable to sponsor visa applications for this role.
