The role is a permanent position based in Bern Canton with good home office allowance. Your Role: Administrate & further develop a hybrid Microsoft Entra ID & ADDS (Active Directory Domain Services) environment. Manage user accounts, groups, roles & policies in both systems whilst considering interfaces to peripheral systems. Automate identity processes. Setup, optimize & manage MFA, Conditional Access, Defender for Identity & Identity Protection. Integrate third-party applications via single sign-on & federation. Analyze & remediate of security-related identity & IAM incidents. Create & maintain technical documentation, training materials & operating manuals. Closely cooperate with colleague from security & infrastructure. Your Skills: At least 3 years of professional experience Administrating Hybrid Entra ID (Azure AD) & Active Directory environments. A sound knowledge in the field of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Ideally experienced in technically leading experienced colleagues.
