We are seeking an IT Technician to join our client based in Cambridge , the IT Technician will earn a salary between £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. The IT Technician will be a motivated individual, ready to join and contribute to a successful, and growing business. The IT Technician will be joining an established team with opportunities to learn and develop, whilst covering 1st, 2nd and 3rd line duties. This role will require the IT Technician to be on-site 4 days per a week, with 1 day of home working, and will require a driving license. Responsibilities: Help desk Technical support Maintenance service support General IT duties Skills: Technical/subject knowledge Bespoke internal systems and company apps 3CX Backup Principles Cloud storage technologies ie OneDrive/SharePoint (PowerApps, Power Flow) ERP systems External software used by the business including ERP iOS Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune, Entra ID) Microsoft Active Directory Mimecast Networking (DHCP, DNS, IPv4, VLANs, VPN) Windows Desktop Operating Systems Windows Server Operating Systems Other technologies as required by the business Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
