Mechanic (m/f/d) - pharmaceutical production/Google programs/standard PC programs/communication skills/on-call service/German and English Project: For our customer, a large pharmaceutical company based in Kaiseraugst, we are looking for a mechanic (m/f/d). Tasks: Responsibility for GMP-compliant maintenance/repair and troubleshooting of the production facilities within the Solids DP value stream, which is responsible for the production of tablets, capsules and filling of powder into bottles Responsibility for the mechanical availability of the process plants, including production support, troubleshooting, maintenance and problem solving on highly automated systems (first level support) Help increase plant availability Independent execution of planned maintenance activities Create and optimize maintenance plans Collaboration in the creation and optimization of SOPs Safe working in a GMP environment and GMP-compliant documentation Independent development and implementation of smaller plant optimizations in compliance with "Technical Change Management" Collaboration and implementation of continuous improvement measures (CIP) Willingness to work 2 shifts and on-call duty Willingness to work in a self-organized team with a high degree of Personal responsibility in an open and collaborative environment Promote LPS methods and tools together with the team and implement them in day-to-day business Contribute ideas to improve quality, efficiency of systems, cost reduction of processes, and cooperation and implementation of continuous improvement measures (CIP) Must-Haves: Completed vocational training as a maintenance mechanic or comparable training Professional experience in pharmaceutical production, development, quality assurance and control or a similar industry At least 3 years of professional experience in maintenance, ideally in pharmaceutical production or in a highly regulated environment Routine handling of IT systems (eg secure use of Google and standard PC programs) Very good communication skills, both written and spoken, in German Quick comprehension and great interest in technical processes Great willingness and curiosity to develop flexibly and to learn across departments in the spirit of polyvalence A team-oriented mindset with a view to continuous improvement of processes and the ability to deliver consistent, high-level performance in a constantly changing environment Knowledge and commitment to process improvements (eg Lean Production System) and Agile Management are an advantage Ability and openness to recognize and live the opportunities and advantages of change.
