Job Summary: The ServiceNow Architect and Deployment/Implementation Lead will be responsible for the design, architecture, and technical leadership of ServiceNow implementation projects. This role involves leading the deployment of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: - Architectural Design: Develop and maintain the architectural blueprint for ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices. - Implementation Leadership: Lead the deployment and implementation of ServiceNow projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. - Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Customization and Development: Oversee the customization and development of ServiceNow modules, including workflows, UI policies, business rules, and integrations. - Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and integrity of ServiceNow implementations through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices. - Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. - Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, implementation plans, and operational procedures. - Troubleshooting and Support: Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues, providing troubleshooting and support as needed. - Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, technologies, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve existing solutions. - Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years focused on ServiceNow architecture and implementation. - Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are required. Additional certifications are a plus. - Technical Skills: Proficient in ServiceNow development, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS. Strong understanding of ITIL processes and methodologies. - Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering innovative and practical solutions. - Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and foster a culture of trust and mutual respect.
