As one of a team of IT Support Analysts on our Service Desk, you will be responsible for:- First point of contact support to all users via telephone, email and face to face Working with the Service Management systems to agreed SLAs Maintenance and support of IT systems, hardware and applications as well as IT Project work Resolving or escalating user incidents or queries within SLA and KPI timescales Taking ownership of requests and managing through to resolution Performing user and server related administration Supporting Windows Desktop 10-11, Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop. Desktop PC, Terminal and Laptop support, Mobile device and Printer support. Local Area Networking support including local cabling/patching to Switches. Additional paid overtime as part of an out of hours rota, when required. If you possess a combination of some of the following skills then LETS TALK! Awareness of Microsoft 365 and willingness to gain an expertise in core systems and applications.
