Treasury Systems Application Support Engineer Location: Manchester (Hybrid) Duration: until September IR35 status: Mandated PAYE We are working with a leading consultancy that require a Treasury Systems Application Support Engineer to join them on a project with a major bank. Provide IT application support for Treasury Systems to meet business operational requirements and deliver project and build activity. Key Accountabilities: Provide IT support for all Treasury applications to ensure maximum service availability. Occasional out of hours support to ensure business critical and regulatory tasks are completed. Working as part of a team or on an individual basis, assist with the delivery of strategic projects. Help to deliver BAU small changes and service improvements highlighting associated benefits and key risks as appropriate. Liaise with suppliers and business partners to ensure effective and rapid resolution of technical issues and to deliver all agreed commitments. Engage with Major Incident Managers and Problem Managers in the event of high severity failures and for root cause analysis when requested. Technical knowledge: Technical and/or functional knowledge of some (not necessarily all) of the following Treasury IT systems. Most valuable would be Swift and/or Kondor+ or an equivalent Treasury Management System. SWIFT Swift Webaccess services eg. RTGS/Enquiry Link Bottomline GTX Bottomline MMCF Easyway Crest Kondor+ Refinitiv Real Time feeds Bloomberg Unix knowledge Database development skills, particularly SQL or Sybase Other skills: Incident management experience IT troubleshooting skills Familiarity with call logging systems eg. SMAX Experience of dealing with business customers in an IT service delivery environment

IBM Software Licence Management Location: Hybrid/Knutsford (3 days onsite) Duration: 6 months Sector - Banking MUST BE PAYE THROUGH UMBRELLA We are heading up a recruitment drive for a global consultancy that require an IBM Software Licence Management Consultant to join them on a major banking project that's based in Knutsford. Role Description: ILMT Maintenance/data accuracy (ongoing) Extraction of ILMT Computers report/Operational Servers (Service Now) Identification/removal of ceased and AWS Servers Re-classifying instances if MIS-reporting (incorrect component to product mappings) Manual exclusions - Cold DR/Bundled products Extraction of regular ILMT reports/audit snapshot to assess current compliance position Support IASP Audit (Deloitte)-Twice yearly audit reporting to IBM: April to September -Products with PVU metrics. October to March- All products/All metrics Extraction/Provision of data/reports to as required by Deloitte ILMT audit snapshot/Hardware report/computers report/dashboard snapshot Extract of all current Operational Servers (Service Now) VM (host/cluster) data from Compute team Regular calls with Deloitte to discuss progress against actions/data requirements Engagement with all SMEs/Product Owners to provide data/evidence requested by Deloitte for all non-PVU based products (including Mainframe) Internal review of Mainframe 'consumption' figures in agreement with Mainframe Team Request for additional software data from SAM Governance Team for Computers not in ILMT. Deloitte will provide server list based on their review against ILMT (hardware) data provided. Follow up to provide additional data/evidence following review by Deloitte. Validation/Follow up of discrepancies identified by Deloitte Review/actioning of manual ILMT updates following audit Informal internal PVU licence True-up - for early detection/remediation of any risk isues. Assessment of risk impact of ineligible Technologies Other: Review/analysis of ILMT computers with Issue reports to identify/address issues ( eg Servers without software scans/VM manager data) with GTSM Tooling Team/Platform Team/AppTeams as needed : eg Servers without software Monthly SCRT report tracking to ensure within entitlement.
