Job Title: Service Desk Analyst (German Speaker) Location: Livingston, Scotland (2 days in office, 3 days WFH) Contract: 6 months As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll take responsibility for providing effective 1st & 2nd line support to mostly German Client colleagues via the Service Desk, including support of systems, Servers and networks.
