Minimum of 5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or a related role, with a proven track record of leading successful change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Change Management Strategies: Create comprehensive change management plans that align with project goals, addressing potential challenges and ensuring seamless execution.
Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed throughout the migration process.
Communication Planning and Execution: Design and deliver effective communication strategies to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged, including regular updates, newsletters, and presentations.
Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to ensure employees are well-prepared to adopt new cloud technologies and processes.
Resistance Management: Identify and address potential resistance to change, developing strategies to mitigate risks and promote a positive attitude towards the migration.
Monitoring and Reporting: Track progress and effectiveness of change management activities, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership.
Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback and lessons learned to continually improve change management practices and strategies.
