Technical Business Partner

Hybrid - Bristol

Up to £70,000 per annum

I am looking for a Technical Business Partner to join a leading media business that creates award-winning content, builds engaged communities, and delivers exceptional media experiences across print, digital, and video.

You will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation by aligning technology with business strategy and fostering seamless collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders. Acting as the bridge between IT and business functions, you'll shape strategic initiatives, drive innovation, and enhance digital capabilities to elevate content and audience engagement.

Experience needed:

• Strategic Partnering: Proven experience aligning technology with business objectives, ideally as a Technology Business Partner, IT Consultant, or in a similar strategic role.

• Tech Roadmap & Innovation: Strong background in defining and executing IT strategies, driving digital transformation, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

• Stakeholder Management: Ability to act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into effective technology solutions while collaborating with senior leaders.

• Project Leadership: Experience supporting and influencing IT project delivery, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with business goals.

• Continuous Improvement: Skilled in monitoring systems, advocating for enhancements, and championing best practices to optimize efficiency.

• Industry Knowledge: Experience in media, publishing, or digital-first environments is preferred but not essential.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities, with a strong aptitude for bridging the gap between technical teams and business leaders.
