About the Role As our Email Marketing Specialist, you will be at the forefront of designing and developing captivating email marketing campaigns. This role beautifully blends creativity with technical expertise, where you will spend 70% of your time on design and 30% on development. You will lead the creation of responsive email templates and manage campaigns from inception to execution.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Creation: Craft stunning assets for email campaigns, including illustrations and GIFs that engage and resonate with our audience.

HTML/CSS Development: Build and refine responsive email templates, ensuring flawless rendering across various browsers, email service providers, and devices.

Design System Management: Enhance our design system in Figma with essential email components, keeping our branding consistent and appealing.

Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end email campaigns, focusing on customer segmentation, testing protocols, and technical execution.

Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough QA testing to guarantee consistent performance and rendering across multiple platforms.

Innovation: Identify opportunities to introduce automated, trigger-based email workflows and life cycle-driven email strategies to enhance customer engagement.

What We're Looking For

Advanced HTML/CSS Skills: Proficient in crafting and troubleshooting responsive email templates while adhering to accessibility standards.

Design Expertise: Strong proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) to create visually engaging assets.

Campaign Management Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage complex email campaigns, including effective segmentation and technical execution.

Attention to Detail: Exceptional quality focus with a knack for rigorous QA testing for consistent email rendering.

Bonus: Experience in print design will be a plus!
