Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join their team as a DevOps FX Support and Operations Support specialist. In this role, you will collaborate with the DevOps team to design and implement a Low-Touch operation, set requirements for in-house development, and continuously monitor and improve operational processes. You will ensure system availability, respond swiftly to emergencies, and maintain connectivity across the OSI layer. With strong ownership of monitoring, alerting, automation, and dashboarding platforms, you will drive retrospectives and post-mortems, and participate in on-call duties for overall trading management. Hauptaufgaben:

• Gestaltung und Implementierung eines Low-Touch-Betriebs zusammen mit dem DevOps-Team.
• Setzen von Impulsen und Anforderungen in der Inhouse-Entwicklung sowie ge-genüber Vendoren zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Betriebsabläufe.
• Überwachung und Sicherstellung der Systemverfügbarkeit innerhalb und aus-serhalb der Geschäftszeiten.
• Bereitschaft, im Notfall schnell zu reagieren und die Systemverfügbarkeit wieder-herzustellen.
• Starke Ownership und Gestaltung des Betriebs.
• Implementierung des Betriebssupports mit dem DevOps-Team und kontinuierli-che Verbesserung durch Retrospektiven und Post-Mortems.
• Fehleranalyse und Behebung von Betriebsproblemen über alle OSI-Layer.
• Gutes Verständnis von Konnektivität und Fehlerfällen in Finanztransaktionen.
• Systemadministration von Red Hat und Windows-Server-Systemen.
• Ownership der Monitoring-, Alerting-, Automatisierungs- und Dashboarding-Plattform.
• Alle paar Wochen Pikettdienst für den Gesamthandel

Anforderungen (inhaltlich, Methodik):

• Langjährige Hands-on-Operationserfahrung in der Finanzindustrie
• Erfahrung in Low-Touch-Operations
• Erfahrung im Design und in der Operationalisierung von Betriebssupportmodel-len
• Ownership des Betriebs und Bereitschaft zur Störungsbehebung ausserhalb der Geschäftszeiten
• Gutes Verständnis des Devisenhandels (Spot, Forwards, Swaps, Optionen, Geld-markt, Handelszeiten, Technologien)
• Gutes Verständnis von DevOps-Praktiken und -Konzepten
• Gute Kenntnisse und langjährige Erfahrung in der Automatisierung, im Monito-ring, im Alerting und im Dashboarding von Betriebsprozessen
• Gute zielgruppengerechte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, insbesondere bei Stör-fällen und unter Druck
• Erfahrung mit Systemlandschaften bestehend aus selbst entwickelten Applikatio-nen und Herstellersoftware im On-Prem-Betrieb, Cloud- und SaaS-Applikationen
• Erfahrung mit Java-Applikationen, Webtechnologien und Datenbanken
• Teamplayer in einem DevOps-Team mit Operationsexpertise und Interesse an Wissensvermittlung sowie hohen Standards

Anforderungen:

• Sehr gute Linux-Kenntnisse
• Windows-Server-Kenntnisse
• Scripting & Automatisierung: Python. Ansible, Powershell
• Monitoring & Alerting: Grafana, BMC, Prometheus
• Betriebserfahrung mit Containern: unorchestriert und mit Kubernetes
• Erfahrung mit FIX und FX Handelsplattformen (z.B. Bloomberg, 360T)
• Betrieb von Java-Applikationen (JVM)
• Kenntnisse in Webtechnologien
• Netzwerk-Technologie: Projektarbeit und Troubleshooting quer durch alle OSI Layer
• Low-Latency-Erfahrung von Vorteil
