We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro Consultant to lead and support the implementation of UKG Pro for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment, configuration, and optimisation of UKG Pro solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of UKG Pro, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with HR, payroll, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into UKG Pro configurations.

Provide hands-on support in data migration, system integration, and process optimisation.

Conduct training sessions and provide post-implementation support to ensure user adoption.

Troubleshoot system issues and recommend best practices for system utilisation.

Act as a liaison between clients and UKG support teams to resolve technical issues.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience implementing and configuring UKG Pro.

Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll, benefits, and workforce management processes.

Experience with data conversion, reporting, and system integration.

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

UKG Pro certifications are a plus.
