Senior Systems Engineer Responsibilities:
- Install and support Routers, Switches, and access points onsite and remotely
- Onboard and deploy SD-WAN solutions and projects
- Troubleshoot multivendor network devices remotely and onsite
- Conduct site surveys and swap non-functional equipment
- Lead or contribute to project-based network installations
- Perform customer adds, moves, and changes across varied locations
- Collaborate with project coordinators and engineers to ensure project success
- Maintain and diagnose issues across multivendor network hardware
- Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and solutions
Senior Systems Engineer Requirements:
- Strong knowledge in one or more of the following - Cisco, Juniper, or HPE Aruba solutions (Routers, Switches, APs)
- Experience in SD-WAN and multivendor network environments
- Professional certifications (Cisco or Juniper or HPE) or equivalent experience
- Solid routing and switching knowledge
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Hands-on experience with network diagnostic tools
- Configuration and dashboard management expertise
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly organised with a flexible, customer-first approach
