Senior Systems Engineer Responsibilities:

• Install and support Routers, Switches, and access points onsite and remotely
• Onboard and deploy SD-WAN solutions and projects
• Troubleshoot multivendor network devices remotely and onsite
• Conduct site surveys and swap non-functional equipment
• Lead or contribute to project-based network installations
• Perform customer adds, moves, and changes across varied locations
• Collaborate with project coordinators and engineers to ensure project success
• Maintain and diagnose issues across multivendor network hardware
• Stay updated on emerging networking technologies and solutions

Senior Systems Engineer Requirements:

• Strong knowledge in one or more of the following - Cisco, Juniper, or HPE Aruba solutions (Routers, Switches, APs)
• Experience in SD-WAN and multivendor network environments
• Professional certifications (Cisco or Juniper or HPE) or equivalent experience
• Solid routing and switching knowledge
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
• Hands-on experience with network diagnostic tools
• Configuration and dashboard management expertise
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Highly organised with a flexible, customer-first approach
