The Role
As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will own the technical relationship with enterprise customers after a deal closes. You'll act as both PM and engineer, ensuring successful pilots and seamless integration of our AI solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, aligning technical needs and driving progress.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead enterprise customer integration post-sale, ensuring a smooth pilot phase.

• Act as the link between customer teams and our engineers to address technical requests.

• Define and refine technical requirements for successful integration.

• Coordinate with engineers and key stakeholders to drive project success.

• Ensure enterprise pilots lead to long-term adoption.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, or similar Back End frameworks.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering, LLM agents, and AI-powered assistants.

• Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Highly organized with a mindset for building scalable systems.

• Entrepreneurial drive-you take initiative and push projects forward.

• Adaptability in a fast-growing startup environment.

• Creative problem-solving ability with a track record of execution.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience delivering products and working with enterprise customers.

• Ability to quickly understand customer use cases and provide immediate value.

• Self-starter who prioritizes effectively and gets things done.

• Bonus: Previous technical founder experience in B2B SaaS.
