A prestigious company is looking for a Trade Desk Support. This role will focus on 1st and 2nd level support requests, incident support, production support, etc. This person must have previous experience working in the trading industry and Python/Bash Scripting experience.

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and alerting of critical trading system environments
• Proactive identification and resolution of production issues
• Development of tools and driving efficiency/stability improvements/automation with Scripting
• Troubleshooting of complex systems issues
• Previous experience in the trading industry
• Strong working knowledge of UNIX environment/Unix commands
• Basic database knowledge (MySQL)
• Strong Scripting knowledge - Python/Bash
• Experience using Jira as a ticket/work request system
• Experience using Grafana/InfluxDB/Icinga
• Linux desktop support experience
• Network troubleshooting and analysis experience
