The Role

I'm looking for experienced AI Consultants to join a thriving and growing team in the Channel Islands. Can be based in Guernsey or Jersey.

As an AI Consultant, you will work closely with clients to identify AI opportunities, develop strategic road maps and implement AI solutions that transform their operations. This role requires deep technical knowledge, strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to Stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand business challenges and identify AI-driven solutions.
• Develop and implement AI strategies, roadmaps and policies tailored to each client's individual needs.
• Conduct AI discovery workshops, proof-of-concept projects and pilot AI implementations from MVP (Minimum Viable Proposition) to full commercial, production-ready deployment.
• Deliver AI training sessions to equip teams with foundational and advanced AI skills.
• Provide expert guidance on ethical AI practices, regulatory compliance and security considerations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create custom AI-powered solutions, including: automation, Agentic Architecture, AI assistants and multi-modal set-ups.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI advancements and contribute to the continuous improvement of my client's AI offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in AI consultancy, AI strategy development, and/or AI implementation.
• Strong understanding of machine learning (ML), natural language processing (NLP), automation and AI-driven business transformation.
• Familiarity with AI compliance frameworks, including GDPR and SOC 2 standards.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct AI training and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with clients across industries such as: finance, legal, marketing and professional services is a plus.
