Job title: 3rd Line SD-WAN Engineer
Location: Basingstoke or Bracknell

Candidates must be willing to go through SC and NPVV3 security clearance

We are working with a large organisation who are seeking a 3rd Line SD-WAN Engineer to join their team in either of their offices - Basingstoke or Bracknell.

The role:

Network Monitoring & Event management via Orchestrator tools

Pre 'configured' equipment for customer installation

Ensure all work performed complies with the Company's quality requirements and ISO9000

Assist in Collation of Performance & Availability Data

Test and development within the Pre-Production environment and rollout to the Production environment

About you:

Cisco SD Wan experience preferred. Cisco WAN or juniper WAN experience

CCNA or CCNP advantageous

5 years network support experience required

1-2 years 3rd line experience required or being a strong 2nd line engineer but must have Cisco Wan experience

Experience working in a 3rd NOC support group

Networking SME
