We are urgently seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with expertise in Master Data and Sales Configuration for a hybrid position in Milan. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP logistics processes, particularly SAP LO-VC (Logistic Variant Configuration), along with proficiency in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP AVC (Advanced Variant Configuration). This role offers the flexibility of remote work and the opportunity to work in a highly customized SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and optimize SAP Master Data and Sales Configuration within SAP SD, ensuring alignment with business processes.
• Provide high-level expertise in SAP LO-VC (Logistic Variant Configuration) and medium-level proficiency in SAP AVC (Advanced Variant Configuration).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement logistics and sales processes, focusing on configuration and master data management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Sales Distribution, ensuring smooth system operation.
• Work with SAP ECTR (Engineering Control Center) for relevant integration (optional but preferred).
• Apply ABAP, Debugging, and Dictionary skills to optimize the SAP environment and enhance system performance.
• Stay adaptable and eager to learn in a highly customized and constantly evolving SAP environment.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams in both Italian and English, ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Solid understanding of logistic base processes and SAP SD (Sales and Distribution).
• Expertise in SAP LO-VC (Logistic Variant Configuration) at a high level.
• Proficiency in SAP AVC (Advanced Variant Configuration) at a medium level.
• Technical expertise in ABAP, Debugging, and SAP Dictionary.
• Basic knowledge of SAP ECTR (Engineering Control Center) is optional but preferred.
• Mid/Senior-level experience in SAP consulting, with proven experience in SAP Master Data and Sales Configuration.
• Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication skills in both languages.
