What You'll Be Doing:

In this pivotal role, you'll build and optimise high-performance Back End services using Rust, focusing on delivering exceptional low latency and high throughput. Your work will include developing groundbreaking off-chain protocols that enhance the EVM execution engine and enable parallel block generation at a massive scale. You'll also collaborate with their research teams to integrate AI-driven technologies, contributing to the continuous improvement and efficiency of our blockchain infrastructure.

Your Core Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Back End systems in Rust with a key focus on speed, scalability, and minimal latency.
• Design and build next-generation off-chain protocols that improve the EVM execution engine and allow for scalable block generation.
• Collaborate closely with research teams to leverage AI technologies for system optimisation and enhanced performance.
• Employ advanced programming practices and low-level optimisation techniques to maximise system efficiency.
• Provide expertise in high-stakes decisions that will influence the overall direction of our blockchain infrastructure.

What We're Looking For:

• 3 years of Back End development experience, specialising in high-performance, low-latency systems.
• Strong Rust
• Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, particularly the Ethereum ecosystem
