ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a highly skilled Tech & Product Manager with a strong background in change and delivery (Agile way of working) and a deep understanding of the tech landscape and processes. The ideal candidate has expertise in product management, consultancy, and stakeholder management, especially at the C-level. You have a passion for driving transparency, efficiency, and standardization across technology domains.

• Act as a strategic partner for Tech domains across the Group to improve transparency and efficiency.
• Translate centralized goals into pragmatic, low-bureaucracy implementations for different domains.
• Work closely with engineering teams, senior leadership, and product owners to drive implementation strategies.
• Define and implement a digital product data model, focusing on:
  • Product and service definitions (linked to product catalog & standards).
  • Backlog management methodologies and program steering (aligned with COO/C&T WoW central team).
  • Organizational structure and delivery models (in collaboration with C&T WoW central team).
• Drive continuous innovation, identifying new tools, methods, and capabilities to accelerate delivery.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in product management, change management, and delivery within complex IT landscapes.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management at C-level, influencing strategic decisions.
• Strong background in organizational transformation and product life cycle management.
• Consultancy experience, including workshop facilitation, roadmaps, and implementation strategies across multiple teams.

Skills:

• Deep knowledge of Lean, Agile, analytics, and operating models.
• Ability to advise and guide senior leadership on improving organizational effectiveness.
• Strong resilience and adaptability in complex, rapidly evolving environments.
• Understanding of ING's tech and organizational structure is a plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
• A continuous learning and improvement mindset.

Education & Certifications:

• Master's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Certifications in Lean, Agile, and BusDevOps are a plus.
