Location: Madrid - Hybrid (2 days onsite)

Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join an Engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and deployment of large-scale, resilient, and scalable distributed services, processing billions of events using modern cloud-native technologies. Your expertise will drive reliability, scalability, and performance across the engineering and DevOps landscape.

Experience needed - 8+ years of experience as a Software/DevOps Engineer, working in cloud application environments. - Strong expertise in Core Java (8+) and Scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell, etc.). - Deep knowledge of system architecture, networking concepts, and scalable system design. - Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automated build systems (eg, Jenkins, ArgoCD). - Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CrossPlane, and Packer. - Expertise in containerization & orchestration (eg, Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). - Strong understanding of Linux administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning. - Hands-on experience with monitoring & logging frameworks (eg, Prometheus, ELK Stack). - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a collaborative and proactive mindset. - Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
